The International Engineering and Construction Conference (IECC’5) is a multi-disciplinary forum with several symposia covering a wide range of engineering areas with emphasis on engineering design and construction. The goal of this conference is to enhance the lines of communication between researchers and technical professionals to exchange innovative research and technological advancements.
 
The objective of the conference is to focus on various topics related to energy efficient and environmentally compatible engineering design and construction projects. Other state-of-the-art papers related to build environment and energy conservation are also encouraged.

Dear IECC'5 Conference Authors and Participants: 

Thank you all for your participation in the upcoming IECC'5 conference. If you haven't made the registration for the conference or reservation for the hotel room at Hilton Irvine please do so ASAP. The Hilton Hotel has extended the deadline for availing the discounted special room rate of $139.00 (plus taxes) per night (single or double occupancy) until August 15, 2008. This rate is applicable for August 26, 27, 28 and 29 (4 nights) only. After August 15th, the guests may have to pay the prevailing hotel rate at that time.

07/15/08: All authors must send a copyright form (PDF) for all accepted papers. Please sign and send a scanned copy by e-mail by Friday, 7/18/08.  No paper will be included in the proceedings without receiving this form. Please return this form by e-mail to anasr@uci.edu and/or mosallam@uci.edu.

07/01/08: We have extended our early registration to 07/15/08 - Please register online or download a form before the price increases.

05/29/08: Please send an e-mail to mosallam@uci.edu if you need a letter to obtain a US Travel Visa. Please apply for the Visa as soon as possible, since processing time may be up to two months.
